Looking for a good banquet hall for a company party for 60 Indian engineers on a Thursday evening. Any summer promotions? A reasonably good one but not the top.

1. Formatted soul :

You got the request right. Sensible answers.

2. Rami - leb :

You appear to be a stuck up person.Statements are irrelevant.

3. dandy0510 :

You mentioned it right. To stop going in weird direction.

Thank you

For an office party, you have different people with different taste buds. Its always better to go for something which is familiar if there is a choice. There are many Vegetarians in India. I don’t think you get many veg options in Arabic food.

As long as we live a different country we don’t have any problem with the culture or food there.... thats why you find Indians in every part of the globe. We are not xenophobic … we are very tolerant and adjusting people.

Are you saying Indians don't like any food other than Indian food?

Why would Indians have a problem with foreign cultures? Are they really that xenophobic?

What gave you the impression that he is looking for somewhere cheap? He said he is not looking for star hotels but a reasonably good one.

He mentioned INDIAN Engineers... maybe because they want Indian food and not Lebanese or Philippineo food.

Check with star of India near TV R/A. they have a party hall which can accomodate around 60 people. I think its QR.50 per person..food is good.

Also check with Tanjore at Ramada signal, dunno if they can accomodate 60 pax.

Good to know they are 'Indian' engineers, and not just plain, ordinary engineers.

I guess this means you are looking for somewhere cheap, right?

Rent a bus and book Ghariyyah Resort Hall in the north of Qatar. Outside food is allowed and Prestige had catered in the past. You can also book the place for overnight stay.

All the best and have a nice time
