Velib bikes on the Corniche?

My sister says she saw Velib bikes today at the Sheraton end of the Corniche. (If you don't know what that is, look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vélib' ) She took a picture but her mobile refuses to send it to my computer. :(

Anyway, have you noticed this? We'd like to know how long they've been there and if anyone has been able to use them yet -- how does it work? Let us know! :)
