Well, I'd hate to disappoint you but if you haven't lived in Qatar for 7-10 years- the chances of getting any kind of US visa are second to none.
Also, you'll need to prove to them that you have a great career (very good salary + job) that you have no intention of giving up.
They'll view you as 214(b), and overcoming that will require you have to have strong ties to Qatar (if you're applying here).
