We should have Timmies at roundabouts in Qatar, Seems they will have lots of business specially at crazy roundabout, opps I am sorry its Crazy Signal now

RyanCanuck

Yeah, those Canadian line ups are akin to the ones leading up to any round-about in Doha.

By Al Road• 29 Sep 2012 22:26

Timmies is the only coffee shop with drive through line ups regularly backing out into the street, if they do that in Canada think what will it be like when it catches on here

But I like the air in my doughnuts and crisps bags :o

By marycatherine• 27 Sep 2012 19:01

The coffee at Timmies is cr ap. The doughnuts are streets ahead of any other outlet (DD, KK etc,) - they are airy garbage at the latter outlets IMHO but I like a substantial doughnut that is not just air and sugar.

Tim Hortons is pretty bad not gonna lie. Can't really compare to Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme or Starbucks.Just my opinion though.

"Obviously. Just look at the calibre of people driving through them."

Dear Canadian and Commonwealth Buddy. Herein lies your problem. You negotiate roundabout. You don't go driving "through" them :O(

I remember the time Miss Mimi and I met up for a coffee at Tim Horton's in Dubai.

Miss Mimi rolled up the rim and started screaming, "I've won a motorhome! I've won a motorhome!"

The waitress says, "That's impossible. The biggest prize is a GMC Envoy."

But Miss Mimi kept on screaming, "I've won a motorhome! I've won a motorhome!"

The waitress looked perplexed. So, I took the cup from Miss Mimi and looked at the inscription.

It read ...

..... "WIN A BAGEL". :O(

The Tim Hortons here in the UAE are just as good as the one's back home. Even down to the excellent customer service (they will even know what a double double is :)), so YAY Qatar! Enjoy!
