Survey about 10 Day Umrah Service Package

Hope you are doing well.
I need about 15-20 minutes from you to complete a survey and I sincerely hope that you will help me.
The survey is about the popular 10 day umrah service package. Being a resident of Qatar, you are aware that umrah agents take pilgrims from Doha by bus for 10 day umrah journey. The pilgrims are transported by bus, taken to Makkah and Madinah, given accommodation, and then brought back to Qatar.
You are eligible to participate in this survey if you have performed umrah through an umrah agent and of course if you have undertook the journey by bus.
I have identified 18 service attributes. For each attribute, you will rate your expectation vs experience on a scale of 1 to 7. Before we experience any service, we have some expectations about the service. For example, before you take a Karwa taxi, you expect that the AC will work in the taxi. However, when you take the taxi and experience the service, you may find that the AC is not working. In that case, your experience will mismatch with your expectation and you will be disappointed.
In my survey, please rate your expectation and experience for each service attribute. My objective is to determine the gap between customers’ expectation and experience for this umrah service package.
