Hi All
As the co-ordinator and manager of the QL social group, I would like to thank all group members for the wonderful participation you have shown in attending functions and making the experience truly wonderful.
I would like to invite new members to join the group and come meet some great people.
However, please could you make a note of the terms and conditions of the group so you are aware of what the criteria will be for you to be accepted.
I often received PM's from people asking why I have denied them subscription. Generally, cause you have not been a QL member for longer the 2 weeks and your points are not enough.
Please feel free to browse the groups thread and note down the fun activities you would be privy too once an active member.
Note that from time to time we do host coffee evenings where everyone is invited, and from those meetings you can also get yourself accepted as a group member.

Way to go "Organizer", but i think you need my fun touch on your organization.

I am new to this community. I will in Doha on 7th of Nov as I have got a job in Doha.
How many points do I need to get to qualify for this group.
I don't know any one in Doha so would like to make friends with you all.
This community seems to be really great as what ever questions I have asked I have really got answers from so many people here.
I would love to be a part of this group so please let me know the criteria.

i am not qualified yet, i have only posted less 50, hopefully i could post as many as i can like everybody else here. We'll it is so nice and having fun here in ql im happy i can read and ask for help anytime.

but after eid, we are looking at hosting the following events
1) QL Pool/Billiards night
2) Desert camping trip
3) Girls night out
4) Karaoke night - the last one was tons of fun...
5) Dhow Trip - just for you Mufy...
6) Christmas Party
7) Bowling night
I think I have already subscribed, but I wonder if we do talk about posts once in real life? What is it like to meet for the first time when u had been only friends on Internet ? :)
