Qatar airways....need to improve
Really had bad experience with the Airways on Thursday as my brother's journey was cancelled by saying " security reason of over weight"..i mean i don't understand how a passenger whose ticket is confirmed been thrown away saying some silly unacceptable reason.
The weight of the luggage and the passenger's number are specified prior and bookings are done according to that...
The behavior of some ground staff were so arrogant as they are those typical people not having basic manners....
just thinking how they managed to be the "World's Best Airline"
but i also noticed that when you go on business class - treatment is very different.
i both fly on economy and business class and amazing how the stewardess behave in economy class...
They are really tooo much and during Eid season they will not board the luggage saying flight is over weight!!!!

Don't have any other direct flight to south India or else would never fly in Qutter Airways

actually one of the ground staff was behaving as " do wat you can"...
WEll....that is very dissapointed,i thought Qatar airways is best airlines.....,that is absolutely silly reason,
Even their onboard staff also arrogant and without hospitality........ They took 30 mins to serve water......
yes he was offered a compensation of QR 920....but dat doesn't justify.
thats unfortunate and not acceptable for an airline which claims to be 5-star. personally, i never had any sort of disappointment in my 5 years of gulf life. i suggest you try airindia one time and you will love every other airlines on earth. :)

I hope you will make a formal complain to the authorities and CEO of Qatar Airways and even Civil Aviation.

Wow a passenger got declined because their flight is overweight? You should ask for some serious compensation. If lawyers were cheap law suit them
