New Golf Courses

Greetings!!

A couple of years back, I heard they're gonna start building new golf courses. Does anyone have any info on this? The waiting list at the Doha Golf Club is way too long, and to play on the championship course on the weekend is practically impossible (and expensive)!

has been talk of one being built at Zikrit for over 10 years and to be designed by Colin Montgomery but nothing has ever happened.

The Japanese one at Al-Khor or somewhere in that area was also to be extended.
