We understand 20 years back less population, jobs might have given on reference or watsa , now every where every one speaks about professionalism but still this watsa plays major role.

Qatar always need wasta (means recommendation). thats how the country is set up. sometime you need to bribe the people inside the company to recruit you. this type of bribing happens everywhere in qatar. If you are a Keraliite muslim (and especialy if you are a Jamath) then you have a chance to get into QP. And once you get into QP you need to pay the Jamath committe a certain percentage of your salary every month. if you default the payment the next month you will be terminated.

Ohhhhhh.....how sad!I can understand your feelings.Do keep on trying.Sometimes God takes time to answer our prayers. While some are answered immediately, others are put in the 'wait list'.Don't be disheartened, and don't give up.I will pray for u too.

I am sure God will answer your prayers soon and bless u with a job of your wish.

Good luck
