EGG DEVIL
Ingredients:
2 hard eggs, 2 medium sized potatoes, 3 cups of breadrumps
FOR THE KEEMA:
200gm keema-minced meat
3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp red chilli powder, oil for deep frying
1/2 tsp turmeric powder & salt
METHOD:
first of all prepare the keema, heat the oil in a pan and add the keema and cook on medium flame till most of the water in it has evaporated. add masalas and cook over low flame. cover with a lid and allow the keema to cook in its own juices. once tender remove and allow to call at room temperature. de-shell the boiled eggs. take a mixing bowl and peel and mash the boiled potatoes in it. in this mashed potatoes prepared keema mixture. salt to taste. mix well and keep aside. cut each of the boiled eggs vertically into two portions. grease your palms and place a portion of the half egg pieces on this and fold the egg piece with the keema potatoe mixture to form an elongated or roubd 'chop' roll each of these chops in bread crupms. heat enough oil for deep frying and fry the chops a few at a time till crispy and golden brown. wrap in foil and serve with a portion of the macaroni salad in it.

Well, lol, I'd like to think I was a cook but some of those ingredients are beyond me!....Keema....as in Keema Naan bread? I found some low carb gravy in Family Food Centre today and just when I thought my Atkins diet was getting ridiculous! Hooray!FFC rules!
