BB 9780

guys, still i have the same problem. i subscribed already with BB sending it to 121. thats done, but its like my phone is not connected to the internet. we have Wi-fi but still it says that my phone is not connected. what else needs to be done with this phone so i can use it properly... expert advice please... some says i have to bring it to Q-tel... will they be able to fix it?! thanking u guys in advance.

BIS is Blackberry Internet service

get connection from Qtel guess you still dont have connection. you have to pay 150 first and one time fees. have 200Qr credit in your sim card and try activating again.

i think i dont have BIS connection coz all in the service status says that its no connected. even the phone number says that its an unknown number. please help darude...

you sure that you have bis connection.

go to manage connection

scroll down

and check service status

see there.
