Salaam!

A really quick question: Is Aspire open to non-qataris? I'm curious about their membership fees for expats that are interested in working out at the gym (weight lifting) I understand they have all sorts of classes like yoga or aerobics but what about just for weightlifting?

Please post your answers!! Shukran!

I know some of the classes say to call ahead and reserve a spot. I think you can go to any and all classes you are up for.

Do we have to go on fixed days or can we attend any of the listed courses as long as it's within our fitness level?

You can go to Aspire and ask for info...they have a booklet with classes offered and registration fees. Information is available Sun- Wed mornings until 12 and then 2pm-5pm.

Ask for Aspire Active.
