Some of us know how to do it.
I received few PMs regarding the subject hence attaching a simple code. I am not so good in HTML. I tried to reply this code by PM as text the browser interpret it as html and converting it to picture.
Attached here a picture of basic code.
Copy the link of the picture you wanna post and replace the word "Paste your Link Here"
U can adjust the width and height as you like.

LLR: i think that ur explanation is correct but there is something wrong in the site which explain non appearance of images even in the forums (e.g. the pictures of ur QP didn't appear till Mods interfered)

just make sure you copy the image URL not the web URL. I mean the link should end with .jpg or something like that. :D

There are two cases
Case 1 : If u would like to post an image from any website ( I mean which has already a link). Copy that link and use the code given in the picture. You can see Paste your link Here in that picture. Copy the link and paste it.
Case 2 :
If you want to upload picture from your PC..then visit http://tinypic.com/ upload ur picture and copy and paste the html code.

Upload them in some website like http://tinypic.com/
Flicker Picasa and so many other websites.
U can upload them in ur facebook and copy paste the link.
If u use online hosting u can copy and paste the embedded codes itself.
