Alfardan Gardens
Anybody live in Alfardan Gardens? I will be moving into the compound in September and hoping to make some social contacts. My family are staying in the UK (Aberdeen) to finish exam year schooling and will be joining me in the holidays, but for most of the time I will be on my own and would welcome an introductions to social groups for a bit of chat and socialising.
Ladies coffee group!!! LOL.
No I don't think that is quite my scene, but my wife might when she comes out to visit. Thanks for the tip. I'm sure I'll give the social group a try. Xena has already given me advice about dogs.

I was thinking to ask you to go to ladies coffee morning, but luckyly i am checking your profile first and it is said you are male lol. Why dont you join Qatar Living Social Group in this forum ... we do meet up now and again for coffee, clubbing, dinner, dhow trip or bowling. The group run by a lady call Xena ... i think you have to be a member for at least 2 weeks and have to have a certain point before you can be accepted on the group.
Novita, I'm pretty certain it's the old one out by the D ring Road. Nice pool in the middle with a fake waterfall. Villas are terracotta and yellow colour. Just wondered if there was a social group there or something?

Which al fardan you going frog? There is old al fardan in D ring road and another one somewhere down Hyatt Plaza.

Type C, Villa I think. It looks pretty nice place from what I saw on my tour. Can't move in until September.
