R.I.P. the 2,976 American people that lost their lives on 9/11 and R.I.P. the 48,644 Afghan and 1,690,903 Iraqi people that paid the ultimate price for a crime they did not commit & the hundreds of thousands of Palestinians who experience this everyday!

Thats great..the Quran constantly refers abt disbelievers being in hell in the Quran, but scholars define disbelievers as the ones who reject God due to their arrogance or pride or due to stubborness.

ill refer you to watch a video in youtube - its name is kind of

is Quran the God's word - by zakir naik. its some 2-3 hr lecture, but it can make u understand most of the allegations against islam and its answers and hw Quran is GOD's word and that it can b from no1 else

I am trying....my friend tries to teach me a lot too & has given me the Quran in english. Islam has only became a part of my life since I started living in Qatar 1 & 1/2 years ago and I am certainly intrigued by it.

MT u really should read the Quran once and decide abt the muslims urself..because v believe that the Quran is a direct word f God..so u might understand what God wants from us and how to get peace by reading the book of our Creator

Yes you do have a point.

What I will say is that some people will say is that the 9/11 would never have happened in the first place if 19 terrorists from the Islamist militant group al-Qaeda didn't hijack four planes and crash them into the twin towers.

However, Afghans, Iraqis and Palestinians can then say well if the U.S. didn't support Israel, there wasn't the presence of U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia, and no sanctions against Iraq then 9/11 would not have happened.

Everything has a back lash....to be honest I just wish we could all live in peace.

I don't know why nothing is being done about the killing of innocent people but there should be.

and y arent we doing anythign to stop the killing of innocent at present

no no .u have misunderstood my post

what im saying is you are absolutely right abt every life being of the same worth,

but what i criticise is if the lives of innocent are of the same worth, then y wer 48644 innocent afghanis avenged for the lives of the innocent in WTC around 2976 only

I'm not too sure you have fully understood my last post. What I was trying to say that every life is equal whether it be 1 life lost or 1 ooo ooo.

From reading your post, I think that we have different views on who caused 9/11 :S

But missteacher arent u upgrading what the govt has done by revenging the lives of millions of ppl for a thousand,

isnt that degrading the lives of afghani innocents and iraqi innocent ppl?

As a whole I agree with this post as it is such a terrible shame that all of these innocent people have lost their lives.

However, the way that it has been meant with the comparison of figures is the part I don't agree with. It somehow degrades the life's lost of the Americans when every single life is important, be it only 1 American person that died that day.

(to sajmarhab)

i wish i could make a police complaint against you:/

btw try reading the Quran urself before u make allegations.the worst enemies of muslims become their closest companions and brothers when they understand the truth,,so dont believe the media by ur minds closed.:)

the consequences of 9/11 is the significant factor here..if muslims killed 1000 its only fair to kill the ppl who did it.. not some innocent 100,000 ppl..wel did the killing of 100,000 ppl of innocnt muslims bring peace to the world or jus increased in these kin of attacks/??

No Merci - my understanding that 9/11 incident had led to both unjust wars against iraq and afghanistan, and by restricting your wishes of peace to be only on the 9/11 victims, that would have no other explanation except the fact that the people who died in Iraq and Afghanistan blood is way much cheaper than the ones that died in the US (regardless even if they had few muslims).

Verry excellent points sunnydays.  I would add that US would have invaded Iraq either way but 9/11 made it easer for Bush.

with all due respect, it is not necessarily has to be the way YOU think Ma'am ! i understand you suggested to stick only with 9/11 but i guess you do know what were the consequence of 9/11, right ! afghan war, iraq war only took place just because of the 9/11. and its been 10 years so we discuss not only the 9/11 but also its significance! thank you !

oh , and from what I understand, quite a few Muslims and Asians died in 9/11 too...and they are commemorated just like all the other victims. So, what is it that you are saying, really? And why do you call Muslims and Asians dirty?

samarjab, I said, "if one puts up a post about 9/11, one should stick to that. And I said one should never forget those who died in wars and massacres. And that would include ALL who died. Sorry if I did not make myself quite clear.

He/She is is absolutely right, we should stick with 9/11 victims only.. if US or European died in any attack or war, that is the only thing can counted.

By the hand of US and Europe, if the DIRTY Muslims or the Asians died, dont count about it. and dont talk about it. they are not humans, especially the Muslims they are not HUMANS AT ALL. they r outer space species..

Is that correct NOMERCI...

USA has learned nothing from 9/11.  It still allies with zionists and invades other countries.  I sympathize with the families of the victims of these attacks, because most were innocent.  But the greatest tragedy is that USA is using this as excuse to kill and torture many many Muslims around the world.  That is why I believe 9/11 had support of the government or the government allowed it to happen.

Well, since it was the anniversary of 9/11, I think we should stick to commemorating those who died in that massacre.Of course, one should never forget those who died in so many wars, massacres etc. BUT, if one makes a post about 9/11, one should stick to that .
