salary and allowances QP

greetings,

what are the main perks and benefits that QP is offering to potential candidates? what about housing/schooling allowances, how much i should consider to ask for and negotiate. how much a 3bd house/villa normally costs?

i am an ICS engineer with total of 20yrs and currently working in the Oil and Gas sector. what a good package would be for me to consider?

The allowances are fixed and non-negotiable, as far as I can tell. You can however negotiate the base salary.

A 3bd house costs from 6-30k per month. Depends on the area, quality, age, compound vs. standalone, ff or smf, etc. The allowances typically depend if you are single or have a family.

My research indicates housing is not a problem currently. You can even negotiate a little.
