one of my indian friend has got call from both a british international school and an independent school ,she is confused to choose the school to join . if we see salary then independent school is paying more but question is that which one is better if we consider careerwise ,which is the better option?

If the teacher is INDIAN, and the school is "INTERNATIONAL".....

.........

I am sorry .. "NO COMMENTS".... what will happen ????

--- the teacher will be discriminated

--- The students are too arrogant & irresponsible

--- the parents are equally arrogant

--- the parents will not like the teacher scold their wards

--- the students will ask teachers to change dress everyday

--- the Indian expatriate teacher will end up buying 30 pairs

of dress

( ALL THE ABOVE FACTORS ARE 100% TRUE... TOLD BY THOSE TEACHERS WHO JOINED "INDPENDENT" SCHOOLS AND LATER RESIGNED FROM THE JOB.

THERE MAY BE EXCEPTIONS. I AM NOT GENERALISING. EXPECT THE WORST)

you have to work hard ( and I mean really hard) if you ever consider joining an independent school, I guess it's the same with the international schools but Independet schools are kind of different.

I'd recomend the independent school!

good luck!
