What's appropriate package for Asst. Manager?

Hi there.

What would be the appropriate package in Qatar for an Assistant Manager (chairman office) with B.Com., PGDBM and 11 years gulf experience; currently in Dubai?

Areas of responsibility would be MIS reports, executive office administration, business proposals, feasibility reports, corporate presentations, etc.
