I am 50 years old European Project Manager with 27 years international experience in construction/real estate business.Masters degree in architecture. I had an Skype interview with Project Development Company from Doha. They asked me for expected package.
They are providing air tickets for my wife, my son and me plus medical for all of us, visas, permits. The rest is tax free salary.What should I asked as monthly salary?

U should expect 8 - 10K US$ per Month + Fringe Benefits. U can do some research on the company over the inernet and if you struck a deal than its good.
recently I saw a post for a person who is selected as head of projects and they offer him 44,000 QAR (12 K US $). 26K as basic + 18 K as HRA excluding air tickets and medical, schooling. 1 US$ = 3.64 QAR
