what should i do?
I have been in qatar for the past 31 years . I was serving the ministry of electricity department from1979 - 2001, due to qatariseation,I was terminated and they had given me release. I serverd a private company for 3 years after that they also gave me release. I joined another company in doha, as a Sales manager and have been working there for the last six years, for a salary of 5000 Qrs. There was no increments given to me though they had promised.
Now i am on my vacation and all the liabilities which the company has to get from the clients ( amount ) was given to my company by the clients in writing before me starting from Doha for my vacation . For the past couple of years the company delayed in paying my salary as and when they wish. Now they have to pay me 5 months slary which they promised to pay when I go on my vacation, but they have not paid that till now.
1) What is the qatar labour law say about this ? will I get my salary ?
2) Can I get a release from the company because I had given my visa to the current company? Can you kindly advise me on this issue.

R u sure that u've worked in DOHA for 31yrs??? Coz ur profile says that u r in the age group of 18-25???
