What is the offer in qatar for Draughting Leader / Asst.Engineer / Coordinator

Hi,
I am from Singapore. And i am looking for Draughting Team Leader or Coordinator job in civil/Structural construction company. I have 14 Years experience. How much Salary as a TOTAL package i can ask for?(Since i dont need any housing as my husband is working here too) I got a offer 8500QR. But i find it too low for me. Any advice/Suggestion?

It depends on nationality and the employer.

Being myself an Indian/ Civil Engineer, that is an offer you will normally get for a south asian in companies managed by Asians.

Westerners can get much more and Multinational companies with western management can pay better since they will still find it still lower than their own salaries.
