I'm surpised that being in HR (and 4 years expreience) you are asking this question.
You must be aware that all organisations differ in scales, grades etc.
Establish what you can save in your current position and compare what you can likely save here when the offer comes.
I had a friend in Dubai M.COM and he was working for Dhs. 1000 equal to QR 1000/-...there may some people who gets 80,000/- also with the same qualification. It is very silly question to ask the salary range for a qualification. There is no fixed scale for the qualification anywhere in the world. Just ask the company and if you want agree otherwise try another one.
It depends on the qualification, work experience and type of industry..
Every company has its different norms to provide salary to the employees...
It wud depend wer u did ur MBA from... but more importantly on ur yrs of exp..
