What allowances should I ask for and how much per allowance?

Hello,

I'm in negociation for remunaration and want to make sure I get allowances in addition to the salary. The problem is I do not know which allowances (have some in mind but need a complete list) I should be asking for and more important how much per allowance. What allowances should I ask for and how much per allowance?

Transport/ Car Allowance - 1,500

Insurance, Air Ticket, Furniture Allowance etc.
