Qataris and Middle-Easterns are people that trust other people, this represent that they will believe all what you express.
My recommendation, as a western, is to support your speach with documents, i.e., if you are talking about your skill in an specific area then it looks good that you show any certificate, if you are talking about awards and recognitions, again it looks very good that you show supportive documentation, as letters etc..
It's always a plus and I won't damage, the worst that can happen is that the interviewer refuses to validate the information, agaain, as per they are trusting people.
My other recomendation is with HR, please make sure to have in a paper your current and past salary, they asked me for a 5 years salary history, and when I talked about the figures they were kind of lost, as compensation varies from company to company: then I prepared in advance a brief package breakdown expressed in terms of months of salary so they better understand what are you talking about. Trust me when I pass on this info, the HR representatives (2 of them), looked at each other, and they congratulate me for being so helpfull in this stage of the recruitment process.
Again, always think that it's better to have documents handy, to avoid skipping valuable information.
Well remonskya it could be three including the HR and you sure can expect a a good no. of questions related to the field, the responsibilities of the job and so,and also about what you would do in a certain situation, duration could take around 2 hrs on the max. This is according to what I know from friends who are working in the IT in Qatargas.Best of Luck again and dont worry take it cool.
