Software Engineer

Am an It-Manager in a reputed firm.
Am handling,
Software design, development & maintenance,database management, Network/Vpn n hardware troubleshooting.
in windows platform. I have 3 year of full time and
2.5 year of part time experience in my field,and
am a master degree holder.
How much Salary I can expect?
Presently am earning 6200 Qrs (net).
(Am working for 10-12 hours a day)
