My brother has got an offer for SHELL GTL. The salary beak up is

-Basic- 21000 QAR
-Transportation allowance QA2000
-Housing provided with utilities in doha.
-Children education allowance QAR 40,000 per child per annum.

-Furnishing allowance QAR 45000

Your valuable comments on the offer are badly needed. My brother has got 17 years petrochemical experiance.What are the working hours and culture at shell

I think it is a good offer, this basic salary will be only his personal expense.All the other expenses are paid.If you want to calculate the net salary it will be 40000 QR+ kids educ.

If it is for tea boy then that is fantastic. If he is a Reserviour Engineer its low.
