Dear Everbody
i been offered a job for basic salary 9000 qar and housing allowance 4000qar and trasnport allowance 1000 qar...
at present am drawing around 14 k plus allowances ...
what i want to noe is is the salary negotiable after the company offer ??
wat will be average salary range for marine superintendent in Qatar ??

will u guys help me instead of thwrowing unwanted comments ??
its just that i got this site for helping me out ...

U said and i quote "at present am drawing around 14 k plus allowances ..." so if what u said is true, try adding 9000 + 4000 + 1000...compare the result with the 14k plus allowance u r getting now...perhaps it will give u a little insight...sorry if i misunderstand u in any way...goodluck

You did not mentioned your position but any way as u mentioned 14000+ 1000 is ok salary if u have small family u can save upto 5000qrs per month

You have put an unwanted post in this forum

You say that you are getting 14000 + allowances at present and you say that you got offer for 9000 in qatar now. and you say you dont want unwanted comments - what type of man you are to put such unwanted posts.

You mentioned nothing about experience, so Idon't know about the basic.

For the allowences, it's not fair; 4000 Qr can only fit in shared accomodation, mentioned nothing about schools so I assume there isn't. These two items (accomodation and Schools) are the Budget monestors here.

Anyways,

If your living here with your family the salary is little and its better if you stay where you are.

and yes, you can negotiate your salary with the company. But be fair and try not to push so hard.
