salary increase? entitled?

Hello guys, I've already finished my contrac(2yrs)and give extension to stay with my employer. Is it compulsary for this company to give an increase salary?

Need to hear from you guys, thanks

There are contracts stating legally an increment is mandatory after your contract based on your performance and evaluation please review your work contract and what ever is written it shall be done accordingly. Your performance has been justified, in fact they are giving you an extension.

It is not mandatory for the company to give raise, unless agreed upon in the renewed contract or otherwise...
