Salary Delay

Dear All,
Its URGENT Please help me....
My company delayed my salary till last January. I already gave resignation for this reason. I asked them to finalize my settlement so I can go home. I already booked my ticket on 23rd may. Now I am asking them to finalize my settlement they are not giving proper answer. They only says that we will give you as soon as possible. I know at last time they will say we don't have money so we can't give you now.
Please suggest me what should I do? Should I go to Labor Court? How much time Labor court will take to take action on my case? Will Labor court help me to get my money before 23rd? Please help me as soon as possible.

is it a dead end case if your previous employer doesn't have money to pay some pending salaries or gratuity to its former employees?
Go to SEARCH & Follow Up Department , and ur embassy , and u should delay ur flight till u get ur money ..
Why would you book the ticket? Insteaf you would have gotten your money before you book the ticket.
You did a big mistake man. Anyway go to Labour Court and they will respond to you as soon as possible.

Go to SEARCH & Follow Up Department, located on Salwa Rd, Right Side after Industrial area bridge. File complaint. They will contact yr employer & get details & proof of salary paid to u. If they find salary is not paid, they will allow u to transfer yr sponsorship to new employer. This process takes appox 4 - 8 weeks. If possible take with u somebody who speaks good Arabic. you should not booked any plane ticket until you settle the issue legally..go now to labour office or to your embassy and file your complain before your current company will do some action against you.
go to labor court and lodge a complaint otherwise the company will turn against you...
Go labor court,human rights and your embassy too.as these companies know how to deal.
So better book complaints in all, to be on safer side.
For one of my friend they told cid that he escape from company but before that my friend was already booked complaints in all places and he was safe.
