Salary and Compensation Package for Process Lead

Hi,

I have an interview with Vodafone Qatar for a Process Lead Role. I would like to know what I should expect in terms of basic salary and compensation package knowing that I am Canadian and married with 2 kids. I am senior level with 15 years of work experience in big companies in USA and Canada, certified in Lean Black Belt, Six Sigma, ITIL, and CMMI.

A competitive salary in your home country plus 25% plus housing, transportation allowance and schooling for your children.
