Salary Benefit Package in IP or Tech Transfer

Hi,

I've applied for a IP position in Qatar. This question is directed to anyone on QL familiar with Qatari salaries in the area of Intellectual Property (IP).

My degrees are from US universities. My background includes a BS in the hard sciences, MLIS and 15 years experience in biomedical research and patent analytics in the corporate sector. (both training of professionals on IP end user platforms and working as a research analyst in pharma/devices).

In the US, a comparable position with either a Fortune 500 or large Tech Transfer organization pays in the range of 75K-125K for either a MLIS or MBA with a hard science undergraduate degree. The higher end salaries 90K - 150K for a patent agent or junior attorney with a science background and having passed the patent bar.

What is a comparable Qatar salary/package for either a MLIS or MBA with 10 - 15 years professional experience in the hard sciences, practicing in the IP area?
