I strongly agree. As I have learnt that it is an "indian" company already....I did not accept their offer....think 6x....good luck!
we are on same building.. but only heard from my colleague it is a big company... i dont know much about the staff treatment,, but i think you can try for one month,, they will test you... and at that time also.. test the company and the people if they are good for you....
My advice double your salary offer because REdco do not pay overtime but they force their employee to work 12 hours a day.

How does it matter dude.... You can travel from one end of the border to the other in 40 - 45 mins......
Where ever it is... it wont be a reason to choose or not to choose to join...
focus more on package bargain... and facilities....
and kinda work given.....

I don't think highly of this companny as they employ inexperienced persons for demanding jobs & then sack them for inefficiency.

Al Mana is a good group in Qatar....
REDCO is doing pretty good too.. as Eagle said they do have projects...
About how they treat their employees ???
NO idea...
but being on of the suppliers to them ... power cables....
there has never been problems with payments... almost on time and enough funds in bank to open L/c...
so should be treating the employees well..
But as eagle said.. filled with Indians/Malbaries...
SO you know wht to expect :p

they have a new big project. all indians in the company. mainly so u ll be fine unless they r not keralaian! then the usual discrimination :P
