QTEL is a monopoly as on date but is gearing up for competition and hence is hiring professionals from different countries at middle and senior management level.

It depends on the position and salary offered because there is big variance in that.

For any info can contact.

Yes, it is really that bad.

But no, it isn't the product - it is a combination of poor customer service mixed with the fact that they have no competition in the country. If they did, their customer service would probably put them out of business.

I am from Indonesia for a Senior Engineer in a planning division, so it's not a customer facing position.

Btw still on the same page, is the service really that bad? Is it because the product or the people in the customer service?

Thanks.

From my dealing with the company’s customer service; I would say as long as you are rude, completely uncooperative, can’t meet a deadline, and make promises you have no intention of keeping – you should fit right in!

It basically depends on your job title / designation and nationalty.

If you are on the managerial/senior level then its a good place or else it isnt that great in terms of work and salary. If you are dealing with customer support or care then its terrible.
