Qatar Airways pay scales - the definitive guide

I worked at Qatar Airways for five years and am happy to provide details of the pay scales. They are approximately:
Head Office employee pay scales per month in Qatari Riyals are something like this:
Co-ordinator (grade 5) = 3,850 to 6,325 + housing + transport
Analyst (grade 6) = 5,950 to 9,775 + housing + transport
Senior Analyst (grade 7) = 8,750 to 16,250 + housing + utilities + transport + school fees
Team Manager / technical specialist (grade 8) = 12,250 to 22,750 + housing + utilities + transport + school fees
Group Manager / subject matter expert (grade 9) = 16,450 to 30,550 + housing + utilities + transport + school fees
Senior Manager (grade 10) = 21,350 to 39,650 + housing + utilities + transport + school fees
Vice President - Executive Vice President (grades 11-13) = unknown, but presumably something between 50,000 and 100,000 would not be unreasonable
CEO = I reckon there is a good chance that he gets nothing
What do the grades mean for professional people?
If you are a recent graduate from a good university, do not accept anything less than grade 7
If you have more than a few years of airline experience, do not accept anything less than grade 8
If you offer significant expertise in a valuable field, do not accept anything less than grade 9
Company housing works like this:
Grades 5 & 6 = own room in a shared apartment
Grade 7 = own one or two bedroom apartment
Grade 8 = own two or three bedroom apartment
Grade 9 = own two or three bedroom apartment in a nice building
Grade 10 = own two or three bedroom apartment in a nice building
Staff duty travel and one annual ticket home works like this:
CEO = firm F (or J if F is not available)
Grade 13 = firm J (F on a space-available basis)
Grades 10-12 = firm Y (F and J on a space-available basis)
Grades 8-9 = firm Y (J on a space-available basis)
Other grades = firm Y (J on a space-avaiable basis on flights > 6 hours for duty travel only - annual ticket home is Y only).
Staff rebate travel works like this:
Grades 10-13 = ability to buy ID90 & ID50 tickets in F, J and Y
Grades 8-9 = ability to buy ID90 & ID50 tickets in J and Y
Other grade = ability to buy ID90 & ID50 tickets in Y only.
How much does a Grade 9 at QR typically earn these days, including all allowances?
Any help appreciated.
are there any update on this salary scale since it has been a year?
Thanks for these valuable details.
Can you please kindly tell me:
1. Whats the level/quality of Grade 5 accommodation?
- Kitchen Shared?
- Washroom Shared?
- Internet / TV / Laundry etc?
2. Apart from packages mentioned above, what are the allowances (cell/bonuses)? Is there any overtime?
3. What are the work timings / off days / etc?
Thanks.
