QP IT Culture

Hello All:

thanks again for all your input in my other threads, I would like to learn from you all (at QP or ex QP employees) about QP IT culture?

How does the environment compare to IT the environment in North America (Fast, Medium, slow paced)?

Management Style i.e. Good old Command and Control OR culture of collaboration and mutual respect (in terms of ideas etc....) - what does it lean towards?

IT Staff? Mostly English speaking....?
