I had not even gone for mecedical since i arraived Mar 16 2014. Do the company charge for some thing or deduct in my salary. I didnt sign any aggrement. I have only offer letter. stating open contract,6 month probation, 1 month notice after probation.thats all.
@Sarben,if you resigned on your own accord ,you are liable to pay your own return ticket not your company as per the labor law,reason ;,you terminated the contract not the company terminated your work,which translates as "Bleaching the contract" as per the law,however they (Company) are liable to pay you all your working days...
of course they have to pay you... and moreover they need to buy you a ticket too... and sometime in lieu of notice period they pay money too... so yeah.. they must pay you
As per Law you should receive salary even you work for single day , but make sure u don't sign any agreement with your company in which they include any clause mentioned that company will keep your 1st salary.
