there are really very bad employers here in qatar that is not treating the employees good, they are not following qatar law like giving increment and bonuses for eid instead they will cut the salary if you will complain or cancel you. what is the best thing to do with this kind of employer? we want to resign and we are just waiting for the noc to be uplifted.

Dear friend

I dont know much about you but,

I am not undestanding why dont you guys go to the labour law office and complain.

IS THERE ANY COURRUPTIONS GOING ON THESE OFFICES OR WHAT?

JUST GO TO THEM AND TELL THEM EACH AND EVERY THING.

IF THEY DONT DO THE JUSTICE THEN THERE IS NO POINT HAVING LABOUR LAW ANYWAY.

I Think Everyone should agree with this.

I think it's best to wait till the NOC thing is lifted, I am optimistic that it will happen sooner not later because of the 2022 world cup agreement. Yes it's true there are many bad employers in Qatar and they dont treat employees right. It's not happening just in Qatar though it's all over the world but at least in other parts of the world, the employees have the right to change jobs when the situation is unbearable. Yes when we came in Qatar we know what we came for and not ignorant about the sponsorship law but that does'nt mean it's right even if we take the heat.

You signed the contract. Now beat the heat. The company goes as per SIGNED contract. If your contract talks about bonuses and other refreshments and the company does not follow, then grab their ballz and take them to the court. If not mentioned, then forget it.

It will happen sooner than later..Just for u to find out..They will not announce it for sure..Imagine if they will announce it nobody will stay longer than 1 minute in their respective employers..and that will be chaos for Qatar as a whole...They are compelled to do it bcoz of international pressure. About my source? Labor system change is included in the agreement in the awarding of World Cup 2022.
