NOC & Multi Entry..

Hi Guys,
Just wondering, should a NOC Clause and multiple entry permit be included or mentioned in my work offer letter? Or should I ask for it to be included if it’s not there?? Please advise..

Prize, How can u say that the new guy is such a useless from his query ? Though most would agree with ur observation.
Hunbles is right, this new guy is not a reliable worker, his mouth is open, asking too much, he won't work for long.

QHIC, It is clear , how would you like my comments because it's not as per your dreams ...................... Any worker who asks unrelated or impractical queries does not work more than one year at one place ............. What's in one's mind just comes out in the form of words .............. ha ha ha .......... Within the first week clever people start looking for easier / lucrative avenues & bosses / sponsors do negative marking on such speedsters ............
In my opinion, It should be mentioned in your contract rather the offer letter. Of course initial offer letter can be a base for the contract.
Just a thought:
(I was given an implacable increased salary in my first company when I wanted to leave them. After thinking long I refused the increment & left, only for the reason that I had to work with my own colleagues, who does not have the same privilege I supposed to get)

Qatar here I come: also make sure that your company has joined the Wage Protection System. Companies in Qatar have a tendency to delay salary payments with lame excuses.

So in essence, Humbles and MM believe that all the stories about abuse are lies. We should not sign contracts because sponsors are benevelant and only have our best interests at heart.

WT, In either way you get paid if you first satisfy your boss that's what ...... called a control .......... ........ you 've to stop at red signal .... that's another control ...... we have to follow a system like a good citizen & be proud to be a well disciplined fellow.
And to put that right: in Qatar there is no "home". There is a house or a flat, but it isn't "home".

If you have a job where anybody can easily replace you, of course, then you are in the hands of your good or bad sponsor. The problem for you would be to find out if he's good or if he's bad. Sometimes you find that out only when it's too late.
MM, what I do can't be done in the same way by anybody else. My sponsor needs me for his "business". But he doesn't dare to limit me in any way.
Do not sign an offer without the NOC clause and multi-exit visa. Qatar is a slave state, without the NOC clause you have no rights to change job. Without the multi-exit visa you are barred from even leaving the country, and can remain trapped. Search QL and you will see many bad examples of what has happened to people who get trapped.
If he is a malicious person, well, then, yeah.
Anybody who is dedicated & sincere with focus on your responsibilities would never ask for NOC ....... one would work like the owner itself ......... to take your sponsor's business to new heights.
Nobody in Qatar is better than me in my field of expertise. Why would anybody dare to "control" me?

When I changed my sponsor (after 15 years) he advised me to ask the new sponsor for a written document stating that they will issue NOC. He was a wise Qatari man knowing the "culture" in his own country very well.

You will get maximal control, MM. THEY decide where you go and when. That might be OK for a 3-year old. Is that your age? Just guessing.

Don't trust anybody! Not MM, and not your sponsor, Read through all the posts of QL users who are victims of the "Modern Slavery" system in Qatar. It should open your eyes, - if you have some to see.

Definitely "Yes". Don't come if they refuse to include that in the contract. It could mean that they want to enslave you!
Yes, it's better to include it before you come over and sign the contract. The contract should also include these details.
