Qatar is costly on the housing side. Since you are being provided accommodation by your company, you do not have a worry on that side. The food expense of QR 2000 given to you for a single person is at most ridiculous. The estimate I had suggested in my earlier post was near the reasonable side. But then it all depends on you own lifestyle.

No accept it. It is pretty good start. Within 500 u can eat whole month good food.

but i've heard that the life in qatar is very expensive and juste for food i have to spend at least 2000 QR is that true ? and what about other expenses ?

Yes, take it. You will be spending say around QR 500 if you cook by yourself or QR 700 if you plan to eat outside. Add another QR 300 for miscellaneous expenses and the rest would be in your pocket. You can now be your own judge whether to accept it or reject it.

4500 plus accommodation and transportation by company , take it . and try to extended it to 5000qr.
