Lecturer job in qatar

Hi, iam Msc.,Mphil., graduate,presently working as a lecturer in India in a private college(Arts&Science college). My husband got a job in qatar. If i plan to come there and join in qatar university what will be the salary they will offer for me and what is the good package for a starter. I have 5 years of experience as an Electronics lecturer in India.

it should not be less than 10000QR + accomodation + transport allownce + health insurance + schooling for kids + tickets, that is for minimum.
