Leave salary and end service benifit

Hi Dear All

Good day to you!!!!!

I have been working in Qatar for the last three and half year and my visa is going to be expired on Feb 4 2013, i would like to resign my job and wants to be in India. I took my vacation on last Feb 21 2011 and as per my contract, in next Feb 4th 2013 , i will be eligible for getting leave salary and vacation.Please advice me, whether i can claim my leave salary along with my gratuity .

You have already completed more than a year since you came back from vacation so you are very much entitled to get the leave pay.

Yes, you will be eligible to claim leave salary for the period after 21st February 2011.
