leave pay includes all alowances?

How the leave salary / wages calculated? Entitlement is only for basic salary or including allowances

For Example:

If a person getting 15000/- as basic salary and 10000/-
as house rent allowance (Gross 250000/-) and he is not interested to take his annual leave, where as he need the benefit, in this case is he entitle to get leave wages including H.R allowance?

Leave pay entitlement is both basic pay and allowances. I know it because that's what I'm getting from the Ministry. That's the way it should be. Whether you're here or on annual leave still you have to pay the house rent. But for the private sector I have no idea. Besides there's no salary standardization here in Qatar. It all depends on your company or employer.

As per QLL, leave benefits (leave salary) is calculated on basic salary for 3 weeks annually.

Some companies calculate leave salary on basic salary for 30 days annually.

Some might even include Housing Allowance in calculation of leave salary.

All the benefits are normally calculated on the basic salary. At least that happens in my case.
