Im new here in Doha, so I don't know the labor laws of this place. It's been two weeks after the end of January and everybody here in our office was expecting for their respective salary payment but our company now is having some financial problems. Some of the employees here submitted a letter that they will be having a mass resignation in case our company will not resolve this problem.

I want to clarify if this status of the company may be used as a reason of filing a resignation. And in case that they will approve the resignation, will they issue a NOC..
