Jop offer from CDC

I am civil engineer and i got a jop offer from CDC as a position of Project manager

Basic salary:27.500 QR/mt
Living allowance:1.500 QR/mt

House and car from compay,Health insurance of state of Qatar,% 75 Shool fee of my kid.

if i accept this offer i will move and live there.

is this good offer .
