Job offer & package

Saya mau bertanya tentang Job offer dari Project konsultan "Haztek International".

Mereka sudah menawarkan paket yang akan saya terima sebagai QHSE Supervisor, akan tetapi saya baru menanyakan tentang tax, sampai saat ini mereka belum membalas email saya. Paketnya adalah sebagai berikut:

Indefinite

Bachelor / Married

Working Days:
Official working days are Sunday to Thursday; Fridays and Saturdays are considered paid weekend rest days.

Working Hours:
Official working hours shall be 07:00 – 15:00 but Company adopts flexible working hours provided Employees work 40 hours a week and starting time has been agreed by the Company’s management

Offer Terms

Basic Salary
QR 15,000/- per month

Housing Allowance
Bachelor QR 4,500/- p/m, Married QR 7,500/- p/m

Housing Supp. Allow
Bachelor QR 3,000/- p/m, Married QR 5,000/- p/m

Transport Allowance
QR 2,000/- per month

Mobile Allowance
Based on job Requirement.

Furniture Allowance:
QR. 33,000/- (bachelor) or QR 55,000/- (married) in accordance with Company Personnel Policies and Procedures.

Furniture Maintenance:
On completion of four years period from the date of payment of the furniture allowance, the employee is eligible to receive a furniture maintenance allowance of QR 3,600/- (Bachelor) or QR 6,000/- (Married), whichever is applicable and annually thereafter.

End of Service Benefit:
One month basic salary per completed service year. The payment will be at the end of the service and in accordance with Company’s HR Manual.

Leave Entitlement:
Bachelor: 40 working days annually to be utilized Tri-annually or Married 32 work day’s annual leave with paid economy round air tickets in addition to different types of leave in accordance with Company’s HR Manual.

Education Assistance:
Full basic schooling fee for up to three children under nineteen years old who are studying in the community schools in the state of Qatar.

Car Loan:
Interest free loan up to 5 times of basic salary

Overtime:
Not Applicable for Senior Staff.

Medical Insurance:
At Medical Centers designated by the Company for self, spouse and up to a maximum of four children

Life Insurance:
All employees are covered by a Group Life & Personal Accident Insurance Policy throughout their employment by the Company.

Pertanyaan saya adalah:
1. Apakah company itu bisa dipercaya?
2. Siapa yang akan membayar income tax dari paket itu?
3. Apakah paket itu sesuai & cukup untuk biaya hidup di Doha, Qatar
4. Apakah "Furniture Allowance" itu akan dibayar per bulan atau seperti apa biasanya?
