Indemnity after 13 years of service
I want to know details regarding Indemnity and Resignation as per Qatari Labor Law. If some one could answer me in this regard, I would be grateful.
i have been in the same company for 13 yrs now, they said in the first 5 yrs of service you will get some amount and between 5-10 other amount and after 10 other amount,

So any service benefits upto Dec 2004 will be paid as per company williness.
From Jan 2005 + 5 years you are entitled for 21 days of your last basic salary.
After 5 years from 2005 you are entitle for 28 days and prorata for months of your last basic salary.
Indemnity law was applicable from 2004 onwards.
So any service before 2004 will be paid as per company williness.
After 2004 onwards you are applicable to receive 21 days per year as service money till date with pro-rate even for months of your basic salary as per your contract
