None of the companies I know (could be some exception) hold any percentage of salary in Qatar and as far as I know its not against the law.

and higher salary is always the best because we all are here for money.

Thanks JokerQL. You are very optimistic Straight to the point.!

Let me Clear the air with my fellow inmates , as if i take this job and i wanna leave in say a year. I would break the Contract (IS there any amount they used to Hold.I heard 10 % monthly they used to Hold each month in Qatar . :) I dont know) and Company issues a exit permit and then i could leave. Am i right?

Or Can i look for a better pay say if it more than 9000 it is good as said by my friends. As it makes sense leaving home and Staying here!.

Sorry, I mean to say.... "Check the conditions in the contract mentioned against employee's resignation within a period of said (2 years) contract."

It is clearly peanuts as a salary for someone with an MBA, but yes you can leave at anytime.

2 year contract doesn't mean that you need to stay with them for 2 years, you can quit and leave country any time (obviously there will be notice period). You wont be able to look for another job unless they provide you with NOC + You will have 2 years ban if you quit the job / Cancel visa and left the country.

Bullets aren't soft :)
