i am a psychology major from India(post graduate) looking for a job..expected salary for a starter in this field ?

looking for job in schools/organisations with children with special needs..has no official experience but have attended workshops and took life skills classes back in India..any help with what i can expect from doha ?? and also where to apply..thank you
