How to get job offers in Qatar

Hallo everyone,
I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question but I'm new here so I'm sorry if it's not right.
I'm a 24 year old Student from Germany and since 3 years I work as a working student in SAP environment. Since 1 1/2 years as a SAP Consultant. Hopefully I'll finish my degree in half a year. I get a lot of job offers in good international Consulting firms here in Germany. But my goal is to live and work in Qatar. I want to work as an SAP consultant.
So my questions are:
1. How do I look for jobs? Most people say that they're getting job offers. Do I have to wait until someone reaches out for me? Or how do I get a job in Qatar?
2. How much experience do I need? Are 2-5 years enough? Or do I need 10+ years?
3. Are Jobs in Qatar safe? So if I want to live for a long term in Qatar, can I do so?
4. How much salary can an SAP consultant expect?
Do you have any tips for me and my goal?
Sorry if it's too much and if I'm in the wrong place. Thank you all for your answers.

Most good companies work a 5-day week and one can count the number of such companies on one's finger tips. Others work a 6-day week with last working day being a half day. I believe the government assigned working hours is 8 hours a day but most private companies work 9 hours. Friday is the official weekday off. Those companies that work 5 day/week usually have Fridays and Saturdays as off. You will find plenty of free time in Qatar. If you can develop friendship with people from your side of the world or from your country, you can spend time with them. Qatar being a small country has limited places where one can go to during weekends. Also, you will need to adjust to the culture of the country which is totally different from that of the west.
Thank you a lot for that quick response, your answers were very helpful!
Another question comes to my mind. How is the work/life balance there? How long is a workday? How much free time do you have in Qatar?
Here are the answers to your queries:
1. There are several ways by which you can go on a job hunt. You can search through newspaper ads and the leading English daily of Qatar is Gulf Times. There is one day in the week in which most job ads appear at this news daily. Possibly, it's a Friday or a Sunday as I am not sure of this now. I guess you can check this ad page online also. Secondly, there are jobsites where you can register yourself and they will keep sending you information of vacancies in your field of work. One of them in "Indeed". There are several others. Lastly, you can always place an ad in the newspapers and hope for the best.
2. A 2-5 year experience could help you find a job here especially SAP is a field which is demand. However, the greater the experience is definitely a plus point.
3. This is a good question. If you are talking about personal safety, then Qatar is possibly the safest place in the world to live in. However, by the term "safe" if you are enquiring about job security, then in that case jobs anywhere in the Middle East countries are never stable for foreign workers. One just can never be sure if a person's job will be there the next morning. This is from my own experiences.
4. Since I am nor from your field of work, I have very little idea of the salary structure or range for a SAP professional.
Trust this helps.
