Grade 15 and "Senior" Position at QP...

Folks:
1) I would like to learn that how senior is Grade 15 "SENIOR" position at QP (IT)?
2) Does it normally have staff reporting to it?
3)Level of financial authority?
4) Ability to influence change and change management?
5) Is this considered a 'management' role as per the N.American standards?
6) Does it normally report to 'HEAD' position and what grade is HEAD position at QP?

For the fact. I wasn't rude or mean to the OP...I asked a STRAIGHT/DIRECT QUESTION: "what else does he want?".

The OP posted the same questions and was answered by QLERS..I KNOW coz I read the thread and still reading it.
If you don't know...OP is putting himself in jeopardy.
We have have similar incidents IN THE PAST that a QLER almost lost a job offer because of such questions.
Also, a QLER lost his job and got deported.
That's why they always say here THINK BEFORE YOU POST coz you don't know the people behind these QL ID's.
why didnt you ask this at the time of recruitment? The opinion that you get from here may not be the actual answer you are looking for in the end.

SENIOR POSITIONS START FROM GRADE 12 UP TO GRADE 18.

YES
3)Level of financial authority?
DEPEND ON TITLE, BUT U WILL HAVE A ROLE IN BUDGET.
4) Ability to influence change and change management?
DEPEND IN YOUR PERSONALITY
5) Is this considered a 'management' role as per the N.American standards?

I don't mean to sound rude in here, but I don't think it is your business to interfere in the man's request to know about something. Why don't you mind your own business and if you can not answer his request, you really do not have to.
What a weird social behavior some people have in here.
